I've always find myself fortunate to have friends that demonstrate strong values of life. Their actions have either inspired or motivate me in some ways, wanting me to be like them. Be it in Cedar, sports school or even my overseas friends, these people I met have always been my strong pillar of support in life.

Whenever I feel tired, sad, happy, they are the ones who always encouraged me and share my tears and joy together.
As much as how important our families are, friends are also important too!

Saying that, I'm still looking forward to one particular day. Only god knows what it is :)

Just came back from Rotterdam this morning, really tired due to JET-LAG!

Struggled not to sleep in the afternoon and went to town to do some shopping.. Dozed off while waiting for my mum to shop. ZzZzZz

It's BURNING HOT in Singapore!!!!!! I think I can really feel myself melting away. Miss the weather in Rotterdam!

Kinda like the environment in Holland, it's really mind-comforting just to see the horses, and little lambs lazing off in the field, eating the grass.. The little lambs were really cute, they were only slightly bigger than a puppy.

In order for my link to stay on Weichen's blog, I'm back to post an entry.

Just came back from Taiwan yesterday, we were there for centralised training for 31 days. It was really mentally tough during the start of the 2th-3rd week. Lots of negative thoughts came to my mind, BUT, I found a way to overcome it ;) It's a SECRET hehehe.

I'm just so glad to be home right now, 不管在世界的任何角落都比不上家里的温暖。

And Taiwan Party World is so cheap!! We sang from 9pm-1am with free flow of drinks for only $15 SG dollars! But no Korean songs for me to sing hahaha

Just had SSPTT birthday gathering at Clarke Quay. Yi Long the birthday boy treated us to a meal of Thai Steamboat, thank you!! We celebrated Huimin, Chuan En and Yu Siang's birthday too. It's always nice to meet up once in a while and catch up on each others' life. And of course, thanks to the ever advancing technology, we had Weichen on video call with us too. Although the connection wasn't too good, but she was with us electronically Hahahaha

Been overseas for 2 weeks, went to Qatar, Dubai and now in Germany, Dortmund.

3 competitions, played in Qatar, rest in Dubai and start again in Germany. Was already injured before I went to Qatar. But it's a good experience playing while injured too.

Anyway, my sister came home for 3 months, but I only see her for 1 month. ㅠ.ㅠ

So tired... Will be back in Singapore on 1st March. See you guys! :)

Last few hours in Sydney!! Had so much fun the for the last 1 week, but it drained off my strength as well.
We went sandboarding yesterday! The down part of sandboarding is the climbing up part. 5 minutes to climb up and in less than 30 seconds you're back at the bottom again. Zzzz but it's really worth it! AUD 23.5 for unlimited times of play. Plus a very beautiful scenic view of the sand hills and the sea.
Okay will try to post photos asap! Going to china tmr night, hopefully I'll see you guys during Christmas!! Meet up k!

Decided to blog since I'm damn bored in Vietnam. Team event ended today, for us. Hahah. Miss the people who was here in Vietnam with me last year. Duck, Look and Slack.
Pil Rang came to my room just now, and we took stupid photos. And yay, she's coming again at night to entertain me again hahaha. Maybe with Choi Moon Young to be the translator hahahah.

Haha hey! Came back from Scotland on Wednesday! Watched 2 magic performance live, it was quite cool I must say. Was quite a relaxed trip for me this time, and had fun with the canadians! Crashed their room and had supper almost everyday haha. Danced for the first time in my life too, never ever thought that I would danced, quite a joke. Okay, heading to china tomorrow then japan. Hello! Back from japan! I must say that it's a good three weeks spent there, shopping was crazy in Osaka, going to Uniqlo almost everyday after training. Had a long and tiring journey to Yokohama, partly cause we had to pull our luggage everywhere. To the train station, to the hotel. And to add it on, it was raining quite heavily too. Must prepare for exams now, wish me good luck!!! And off to Scotland in almost 2 weeks time :) will be quite busy, don't miss me hahahahaha byeeeeeeee!

Haha hello! Trying to blog using my Itouch now :)) Anyway on Sunday I finally met up with Sarah for the first time (6 years)! Hahaha I'm happy that our friendship is still going on strongly despite not meeting up regularly :P After that met up with Del, it was her birthday. Did the thing that I enjoyed most today! CYCLING!!! Anybody who wants to cycle next time can give me a ring. Ok, back to today. We cycled, sat down, cycled, sat down. But after that, we felt so weak to cycle back. Weird huh? Maybe we sat down and nua for too long already. But Heaven was super nice to us today, good weather and strong wind! Ya, mess up my hair also( although i know that it's alr very messy).

Had dinner at BREKO at Holland V. Food was good, everything was good overall! But the minus
point of today is : can't find YAM paste.. TYZ!!!! .. haha. And the LCD screen of my phone is -cracked-! But thank god it wasn't located at the centre.

Thanks yvonne, really had a great time today, really appreciate it! And thanks for the helium elmo balloon!!! For the first time in my life, I wasn't shy to hold it at all! Jiayou mugging for econs, we shall meet up again! Take care!!!

Being not able to take part in World Jnr, Commonwealth Youth Games marks the end of my entire last u18 competition. I should say it ended off quite well, though it could had been better. We experienced upsets and joy together, 也为结果画上了个完美的句号. Sea Championships was the beginning of my senior competition. Though the last match was quite a disaster, but I gave my all throughout the whole competition. Good job Sylvia Look and Kwa Huiqi. And now I'm experiencing the whole after effects of the competition. Been really very tired since I reached home on Saturday.

Sea Championships was great, saw Jang, Xiao Jun. People whom I thought I wouldn't get to see again. 2 years ago, I got a team Gold. 2 years later, team bronze and doubles bronze. I must say that the 2 bronzes seems more satisfying than the Gold. Because we consisted of an all Singaporean team and won Viet 3-1 in the qualifying stage. It was an unexpected win and all of us just gave our all for the match. Although we were so close to getting into the finals, but I believed that there will be better paths for her in the future. Mixed doubles was good too, losing only 6 points to our opponent. I am so proud of everyone in the team, thanks guys for helping me to have a great start.

Watched the doubles match when we played with Indonesia, my match with MeiZhuang when I was in Indo. While watching, heard Cui's voice. Smiled but realised that I won't be hearing his voice that often anymore, no more encouragement from him. He said he finally saw the Zena who's fighting on court which he last saw 7 months ago. This Indo trip felt a little weird as two person was missing. It had become a habit that the 2 of them will be around wherever I went. Now they're both in Sweden, competing for Asia and Singapore.

I was busy sorting out my competition videos this afternoon. Watched some parts of it. Laughed, teared and smiled. Couldn't bear to delete the one I played with Jang in Asean semi final match last year. My winning pose was hilarious. Punched my fist in the air and jumped as high as I could. Heard Bi's voice in the background, started to miss the times when he was around. The last day in Laos was so fun with Jang and Manow coming to our hotel to play blind mice with us. That was when I laughed at Kwa Huiqi so much, with her kicking and punching actions. I swear, up till now, that was the best team I could ever had.

No more constantly calling me of elephant by Dong anymore, Cui saying that I'm in love. And SSC 有道理. :(

Damn just typed a rather long entry and accidentally deleted it.
Been in India for 4 days already, and things started to get more into place by today. The village is cleaner now and the washing machines are here too. After one month, I'm back in Pune again. Seriously, in the bus ride from Mumbai to Pune, I thought to myself : Looks so familiar, seems like home. LOL. Can't believe it. Deprived of internet for the first 2 days, honestly i nearly died. Only managed to use my own laptop until today after we went to register. Whew.
Had the welcome ceremony/cultural programme today. Rained halfway and everybody started to leave. The EMCEE asked us to stay but everyone ignored her. I know it's damn bad but no one wants to be stuck in the rain.
Anyway our full Singapore contingent is now here. The last batch of people reached today.
Auntie Amy was super sweet to buy us a CYG cap each because the journey to the hall is H-O-T. HOT

India was good. Erm, I mean the hotel was good. Will be back to India in less than a month's time again. In fact, I'm quite looking forward to it. I hope I'll have suprises again. Hehe.

You know, these few days I just feel.... weird.. don't wanna fall asleep.
When it's time for bed, i will just lay down and stare at the ceiling.. Many thoughts going thru my mind..
However, there's this feeling of not wanting to fall asleep. My heartbeat will still be beating fast.. Like there's this kind of adrenaline rushing through you. Cause you'll nvr know what awaits you the next day..
And that explains why I'm still awake at this hour.
My laptop's dying on me soon, lazy to charge. Which means i have to head to bed soon...
Anyway, I recently have the urge to get a DS lite.. Just the feeling of wanting to have a gadget and spending some useless money when you're depressed. HAHAHA.. y'know.. haha. Opinion anybody?

Just ended training not long ago, shall blog a short one before I head to the shower room.
These 2 weeks were just occupied with lessons and training, and internship on Monday and Thursday. I must really say that the working life is kinda boring, makes me wanna sleep.. zZzZzZ
But I helped out with stuff regarding the upcoming Asian Junior which will be held in Singapore from 23-27 July. Accreditation passes and breakfast coupon...

I’ve new roommates now! Lossini and Khai Leng next door and Val brudder will be sharing one room with me! Okay, and best friend just went to Korea for two weeks! Seems like I've to start planning my weekends these 2 weeks. :(

5 golds, 5 silvers and 1 bronze. Our medal tally for this year.
6 golds, 3 silvers and 1 bronze. That was our medal tally for last year.
Lost the u15 boys doubles and u18 girls doubles. But I'm proud to say that we finally got our long awaited team GOLD. History created once again. Had more silver medals compared to last year.
So many things to blog about since it's already my last SEA JUNIOR. But I'm feeling kinda lost about what to start with..

Hi WORLD. I'm back. My new surname is 农, and my name is 民.
From Beijing 农村... I've officially became a 农民(in shanghai accent). LOL
Ten days of short training but I must say it was quite good.
Met up with XiaoDan and YangYang last Sunday. It was super good to see them again, although we had very little time together.
Some very 经典(classic) moments:
1) Jenn doing the Jellyman walk randomly in the shopping mall.
2) When you look me in the eyes, tell me that you love me. LOL.
3) SBK found her socks in the dustbin........
4) Told the coach in a very calm voice that 2 dudes were scared of the earthquake, that's why they camped in our room.
Ok, I can't really think of anymore at the moment. Went to party world to relax on the last day! I didn't drink but I'm sure that I was mentally unstable.

HI! I'm back from Mongolia yesterday morning!
I've never been so unlucky in my life before! This is a once in a lifetime experience, seriously.
22/4-Dropped my phone in the taxi last week, that was the day I'm suppose to head to Mongolia. 23/4-Reached Mongolia, Jenn's and coach luggages weren't there, waited for 2 hours.
Went to handle the accreditation and accomodation fees, GASTRIC PAIN!
24/4- Coach luggage arrived, but Jenn's luggage didn't.
25/4- First doubles match, played like shit and it was LIVE telecast.
27/4- Gastric pain again! WTF
28/4- Flight which was scheduled at 1145am was delayed to 8pm. Reached Beijing at 1030pm and didn't manage to catch our flight back to Singapore which was suppose to be 1130pm. Shoutings around the airport and again GASTRIC PAIN!! ......Changed from China Airlines to SQ. ^_^ Had some food and medication on the plane and pain wasn't any better till 3 hrs later. And I dropped my specs after that.
29/4- Reached Singapore. Took skytrain from T3 to T1 and was told that our luggage wasn't here yet. SIAN.

3 weeks of centralised training is OVER!!! I can finally go back home on saturday night and sleep on my own comfortable bed!

Heading to Mongolia on the 23rd for the Asian Univerisity Championships. @#!$%&^% why can't it be in another place, like JAPAN! Oh well, just my luck, haha.

Back to studies, 2 assignments dued last week. I feel a sense of satisfaction whenever I hand up my work. Haha. Exams starts on the 29th! Imust start studying, stop procrastinating!

HI! I'm back to updating again. Just came back from Bahrain & Doha yesterday. In short, it was quite fun! One week of sch holidays now!
Just went to school in the morning for our Professional Studies presentation and I should say that it went better than I expected. So glad! Whew..

Hey guys, somehow I managed to sign into Blogger using Firefox. Great.
Life have been somehow alright to me, nth much really happened these days. Just that I've been missing training sessions due to my study commitments..
Awards night was on Friday night, and it was also the day I've officially graduated from Sports School. Had mixed feelings, it's like we're really 'detached' from the school, totally nth to do with them anymore. It's quite funny that when everyone is still in SS, all of us can't wait to leave school. But now, I really do miss the times I had in there. Hostel, teachers, and the stupid things you always get from your juniors.
No matter what, I wish everyone of us will never forget the times we had in there.
That day also marked the 'retirement' of Mr Moo. He's one person I've always respect, and I'll always do. And I'm so happy, I talked to Mr Teo Ser Luck!
Started AUT lessons one week ago, everything is independent learning and you just have to be responsible for your own actions. It's not like Sports School when everything is planned so nicely for you.
That's about all, I'll try to update more regularly to ensure more visitors. HAHA

Well, it's almost the end of the year. To sum it up, it was another up and down year too but I enjoyed myself most of the time..

昨天我回到了学校.. 感觉... 和以往不一样..
从宿舍搬出来已经有4个月了..
昨天是我帮忙朋友,从宿舍搬回家..
刚刚在读朋友的BLOG, 感觉大家在一个队这么久,经历也挺多的..

When everybody was still so competitive, we would often get upset by one's little actions. How childish we were. Haha. Thinking back, I kinda miss SSPTT team.. Although we were at loggerheads at times, but we always remain as a team, we fought as one and managed to clinch the school title despite being put down by others.. Year 2005 and 2007, I'll never forget what we went through together, the bond we shared. Every little setbacks just made us stronger. Now, we're are going our own way. All the best my teammates!

Everyone came into the school with a common goal, common dream. But now 4 years had passed, all of us are going our separate ways.. I made many good friends, and lost some too. But that's life. 突然间, 时光飞逝. 一转眼,4年就过去了..
You guys had definitely made my sports school life wonderful especially my roommates. The daily 9pm supper we never missed. The daily gossipings we always had.. I'll never forget those moments, Hehe. You guys were great.. Now that O levels had finally ended, we can have our outings!
Apple Gang 2006. Lol.. Although it was just for a short period of time, but i definitely enjoyed the retarded times we had, and how we prepared for our EOYs last year. Hope we can go out soon too!

I moved everything out of my hostel on Sunday. I doubt I'll be staying in the hostel anymore. I'm so gonna miss my roommates, the fun times we had gossiping once we finished our work. How we thought of ideas to celebrate each other's birthday. All this won't happened anymore... I'm not afraid to say that although there were times we were pissed with each other actions, we were always willing to forgive one another.

Dan, Ama, Del- 2 and a 1/2 years of rooming together. #05-43 forever!

Sports School had been a good place for me to learn about the outside world called reality. It'd seen me grown up from a little kid to what I am now. The good memories will stay while the bad memories will start fading away.

Mission Accomplished!

Asean 07 was really a memorable year for me, in terms of results, teammates and everything. It was the best year I've ever had. It was also the most challenging year. From start of the team events to the end of the single matches, every match was hard-fought. 3 times. Twice was tears of joy and once was tears of disappointment.

709. I'll always remember this number. The Vietnam girl- Giang. I played with her in every event. Both of our Asean journey was in each other's hand. I must really thank God for the doubles gold medal. We were down in both the semis and finals for the fifth set. But we never gave up hope and alas victory was ours. It was great to play with such enthusiastic crowd earning some supporters the last few days. Finally no bronze medal this year :)

Sad to see Wei Chen and Jenn playing their last junior competition. Ever since I played Asean, we were always in one team. I thank them for the experience all these years. I'll miss the times we played together as a team.

We created history. 6 golds, 3 silvers and 1 bronze. Well done team!

Thanks to Mister Bi, Pei, Ba Laos,the guys and the crowd that supported us. Thanks to Mister Bi that I was able to make a breakthrough and break my semi final curse. Whatever it is, we have already booked our air tickets to Korea next month. Time for some 正中韩国肉. Ha ha.

School was good this week, with the hot weather accompanying me and suffering from eczema everyday. My hand is now like a virus-infected person. -_-

Okay, I'll be off to be a china ma-ma in a few hours time. AGAIN. I'm super reluctant to go there and I'll just pray that 2 weeks will pass quickly. And we'll be in for a big time in Laos! Hi ppl, I'm back. Arafura games was good considering that we had such a good director. Mr Vincent Ong. Met the Maccau girl who I saw in Asian Junior 2005, was surprised that both of us could actually still remember each other despite the fact that I had faint memories of her. I knew her since 2003 when I first entered Cedar. She was special cause she was from the same primary school as me! Ha ha!!! She even gave me a birthday present for my 13th birthday and bought it like 5 months earlier, cause i was leaving school. Ha ha. I've always been receiving postcards and small notes of encouragement from her whenever I failed to do well in every years nationals. The picture was taken during last year nationals, and the smaller note was given to me last year too! 28/04/06. The postcard was given to me yesterday- 27/04/07. Just one day difference!

What would happened if ...?

These were the few words that keep running thru my mind the last 2 days. And indeed, it really happened. It was all these thoughts that explains why I failed to deliver that crucial point today. But I can't deny that Huiqi played well today too.

I really wouldn't mind if any of you out there blame me for it. Cause I'm willing to take up that responsibility. But whatever shit it is, I'm still gonna express myself today.

I told Janice in the lift today : " What if I lose this point today, will you all blame me?" I even had scenarios of me losing before I slept yesterday, it was really torturing for my mind to take this shit. Although this competition might not seems as prestigious as many of the other tournaments I've took part in, but the feeling of winning as a team is definitely more satisfying than winning as an individual. I would rather take the team Gold than the singles title. But sometimes nerves just get the better of me.. Well, I'll just take it as a lesson learn. However, what Janice said was true when we were on the way to dinner. " I would rather lose today than losing in the quarter finals." ? Yes, I would rather clinch the silver than not getting into the semis at all! Oh well, this season ended so fast, and I'm really glad that we've bonded well as a team. 有福同享, 有难同当.

I know my loss would somehow mark the end of my good impression in this particular guy/man. Ha ha but no matter what I'm gonna fight for my own rights! It might be a really big disappointment to the school, so far we've only won a National School Title. The only one from bowling. Table tennis, badminton and netball - none..

Anyway, after like hours of blogging, I'm over it already. And I'm not SAD anymore! But I'm still gonna say I'm sorry to everybody =). Okay, enough about all this. We're going to chalet from Sunday to Tuesday. I'm not sure if I should stay over though and the decision still gonna come from my parents!

To the Sec 3s: The cheer was really good today considering the fact that there were so little people.
